The counter server who helped us was Scotty and he was so good at his job. Very personable and kind. Rare to find nowadays
Came in for a to-go order and while the young man with the long ponytail was pleasant enough, it took forever to get my food. Meanwhile, I watched a female staff member go from sitting in the lounge to working the register and grabbing pastries bare handed. When I asked if they were supposed to wear gloves, she responded that she works in food service and that there was no concern. I disagree, no one should be touching food items without gloves.
