“Everything was great at this location.Except for the lack of accessibility due to horrible placed entrances for the shopping center. I passed by this McDonald's 5 times before.I finally put it in the maps to get in. I wish they would just open up a side entrance.“

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options at McDonald’s are limited to fries and deserts.

Parking: McDonald’s has its own parking lot. It is not very large and can fill up during busy times.

Kid-friendliness: This is the most kid friendly McDonald’s in the area because it has a play place.“

“This was my first time at this Blake's Lota Burger. The service was great! The place was clean. This will probably be my to go to Lota Burger. The nice young man who helped me was so kind. Most places they just see you as a number, he was really nice and talked to me. That's rare anymore because everyone is so busy. 😍“

I had a couple of special circumstances with my Autistic family member, and not only was he accommodating, he was kind about it. “I have been going to this location for years. This crew has been really good for quite some time. There were some big pandemic stumbles but who didn’t have employee problems and labor shortages. Anyhow, this crew would be nearly impossible to beat. They have the fastest drive through I have witnessed. A few other close by ones are good but not quite this fast. I went to Wendy’s on Montgomery near Eubank and waited forever. I then appreciated this crew all the more. Great job, everyone.“

“I'm a frequent customer from between morning to noon time usually. Despite the location, which brings in bad company the majority of the time, it's not such a terrible store. They always maintain the lobby, I always get my food fresh and hot and they do their best to control those who bring unnecessary drama. Kudos to the team for being brave and holding their ground. “Great playplace, no code required for restrooms, service was great. No self serve drink machine so if you're there during a rush getting a refill might take extra time. Oddly a Christian radio station playing over the speakers but it was inoffensive.“

“These guys are heroes, the good service at this location made my day on Saturday! I was returning to ABQ from an out of town job, and I had stopped at another restaurant's drive thru. At that restaurant I had a bad experience so I got out of line (several other people did too). So I thought I'd try my favorite McDonalds, this one always has good service and friendly people. When I got to the drive thru, paid and received my order I realized I was charged for a different item than what I ordered. (At the time I thought the total sounded low but maybe it was a special). I told the employee at the window about the mistake and he gave me the item I originally wanted. I asked him if I needed to pay more and he said no. I was so thankful for his kindness! You rock, and everyone here is super amazing!“

“The only reason I conduct buisness at this location, despite, the normal customer service. Is because of one special employee, named, Evan! He made me feel like I was eating at the location located at academy. I'm heavily accquainted with corporate and management. He not only exceeds, but, meets our expectations. She ignored my questions so I just wanted to get my order and I wanted to leave out of there fast. I felt uncomfortable. She ignored me. She was more consumers closing the lobby and get me out of there real quick.“

“I really like this location its close to where I live and for the most part is great service but I have noticed allt lately that in the evening around 645-650 there will be a rush not a big rush but a small one and one cooks and one person doing anything this is a business and managers need to step in when they are needed not to just stand and watch your a manager manage your store“

“I always have a great experience at this McDonald’s in Albuquerque. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional every time I visit. They are always nice to me, and it really makes a difference to be treated with kindness and respect. “I only go to this McDonald's once a month. And each time they leave you standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. All their effort goes to the drive-thru. It's like it bothers them that you are there to spend your money. McDonald's is not what it used to be. But I guess everything is not like it used to be. I will not be going there again.“

“Typically when I visit McDonalds, the service is good half the time and not so good the other half. Quite often too, items ive ordered are not provided so i always check my bag prior to driving away. This experience was one of the good ones.“

“I actually really enjoy going to this McDonald's. The crew at both windows and the order takers are always extremely nice. I don't care what time of day or night it is they are always on top of everything and they get the Food out quickly and so far I can't complain. My food has always been fresh and very good no matter when I go or what time I go. So keep up the great work guys and girls you all are AWESOME!!! I ALSO ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE MCDONALD'S APP! “The Food was good.
I went through the drive threw and ordered Two Large MCCrispy Chickens. I had to go in because they and I forgot to get my
2 Large Drinks at the window. I wish that I would have looked in the bag when I went into McDonald's to get my drinks because I was supposed to have 2 Large Fries. and I only had 1 Large Fry when I looked in the bag.

It was both of our responsibilities to make for sure everything was right.

The Manager deserves a 5 Star 🌟 though!
He was very friendly and got my Drinks for me when I went inside McDonald's.

“Well are you ordering through your app Today, if so , don't forget the ice. If I were giving advise I suggest try ordering in the app actually it is very easy and simple. Included it helps the entire process go smoothly. Before it was paying with cash held up the line well now it's placing an order at the store people are already picking up and already have paid through the app and actually the app offers fantastic coupons deals and a lower price on items including deals you can't get ordering on site. Parking: The parking lot is basically in my opinion off limits to many hobos mooching and beggers overwhelming things and anything they can think of will ask for even the drive through has a stationed hobo like an English gaurd for donations or charity is a Givin if you don't make eye contact they won't bother you but one time sitting in the parking lot re updating my app for the dash platform in a dash my phone is not working amd back and forth I'm eager to get it updated minding my own business avoiding eye contact didn't work this homeboy comes up and interrupts me for what for what my gosh how rude some people are automatically a demonstration of what defective product was in the world I am grateful at least I can say No thankfully. Or I would fuckitoff and give it away right . They come out if nowhere like zombies.“

“I'm giving this location of McDonald's a five-star rating solely because the ice cream machine was actually working - OMG, right! ?
The one thing that did bother me a lot though as I've not experienced this before in any McDonald's, is that their bathrooms were locked, one of the employees had to buzz me in, I was like: Ummm, wowwww. ?“

“I went on my way to school to get two fish sandwiches for dinner both came out and I literally can't even bite into the one on one of them neither one had tartar sauce and on top of that I don't have time to go back and get it fixed because I have school and the phone is not working there either so I can't even call to correct the situation. This is normally a great location not sure what happened. My wife came and got my food and went back for me and the management was awesome at helping correct the situation. Replacement food was great. Thank you!“
