“The Store Manager Stan was amazing he went out of his way to make my daughter that’s 11 years old and also on the spectrum.. They gave us a toy but she wanted a different one so he let her have the one she got in the happy meal and the one she wanted.. I was going to ask for a refund because I was changed for an extra drink I didn’t ask for.. So, what he did was also gave her another toy she’s been wanting from Zootopia 2 she wanted the fox Nick so he gave her that too as well.. I told him are you sure he said yes he was sure.. Stan is an amazing store Manager at Holly..“

“Great playplace, no code required for restrooms, service was great. No self serve drink machine so if you're there during a rush getting a refill might take extra time. Oddly a Christian radio station playing over the speakers but it was inoffensive.“

“This was my first time at this Blake's Lota Burger. The service was great! The place was clean. This will probably be my to go to Lota Burger. The nice young man who helped me was so kind. Most places they just see you as a number, he was really nice and talked to me. That's rare anymore because everyone is so busy. 😍“

“I went through the drive through at 11:15 on March 20, 2026, and somebody needs to recognize the girl at the first window. My meal was 10.32, but I had just seen 8.50 or something on screen, gave her a ten, and I was waiting for change, but she was so busy multitasking she didn’t even give me attitude or say anything and covered the 32 cents just to keep the line moving. I don’t know why, but that act of kindness really hit me in a world that is full of ugliness and hate. I will start coming here more (with correct change!). “Came here on my lunch break. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast. They did mess up my burger but were quick to fix it. Typically when anyone messes up my order they are rude anywhere else. The man at the front register was really nice.“

“These guys are heroes, the good service at this location made my day on Saturday! I was returning to ABQ from an out of town job, and I had stopped at another restaurant's drive thru. At that restaurant I had a bad experience so I got out of line (several other people did too). So I thought I'd try my favorite McDonalds, this one always has good service and friendly people. When I got to the drive thru, paid and received my order I realized I was charged for a different item than what I ordered. (At the time I thought the total sounded low but maybe it was a special). I told the employee at the window about the mistake and he gave me the item I originally wanted. I asked him if I needed to pay more and he said no. I was so thankful for his kindness! You rock, and everyone here is super amazing!“

“No complaints, everything I ordered was exactly how I ordered it, from the extra crispy fries, to no onion's on burgers. No mess ups. Much better service, compared to the sloppy, unprofessional work at the McDonald's on Tramway and central.“

“This particular McDonald's was okay. Wouldn't recommend, well at least based on this most recent visit. The lot was a bit unkempt, did not go inside the restaurant. We went through the drive thru. The crew there was not energetic, felt like I was talking to robots especially the person at the first window. The food was okay, one of the drinks did not have carbonation and the fries tasted stale. Green chili on the food was pretty good. Over all, it was robotic interactions with food that was not bad but could use some improvements. Might come back here in the case of a rare occasion when a quick bite to eat my be necessary but will prioritize other restaurants in the area first.“

“Seems every experience here is a flop. Latest today is I order hot cakes and sausage. Apparently this location doesn't include butter, syrup and a fork/knife. Got home to none of that. Luckily I wasn't eating on the go... but seriously, can they ever get anything right here?“

“I only go to this McDonald's once a month. And each time they leave you standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. All their effort goes to the drive-thru. It's like it bothers them that you are there to spend your money. McDonald's is not what it used to be. But I guess everything is not like it used to be. I will not be going there again.“

“We often use the McDonald's on Gibson right off of San Mateo we often use doordash to deliver doors is actually fabulous also. This McDonald's that they get your order wrong not only do they give you a manager's discount the next time you come in they do remake your order to satisfy you“

“Well are you ordering through your app Today, if so , don't forget the ice. If I were giving advise I suggest try ordering in the app actually it is very easy and simple. Included it helps the entire process go smoothly. Before it was paying with cash held up the line well now it's placing an order at the store people are already picking up and already have paid through the app and actually the app offers fantastic coupons deals and a lower price on items including deals you can't get ordering on site. Parking: The parking lot is basically in my opinion off limits to many hobos mooching and beggers overwhelming things and anything they can think of will ask for even the drive through has a stationed hobo like an English gaurd for donations or charity is a Givin if you don't make eye contact they won't bother you but one time sitting in the parking lot re updating my app for the dash platform in a dash my phone is not working amd back and forth I'm eager to get it updated minding my own business avoiding eye contact didn't work this homeboy comes up and interrupts me for what for what my gosh how rude some people are automatically a demonstration of what defective product was in the world I am grateful at least I can say No thankfully. Or I would fuckitoff and give it away right . They come out if nowhere like zombies.“

“This McDonald’s is located less than a mile from my house. It’s great because I can order my food online and pick it up and bring it home oftentimes just off the grill, hot, no cold fries! But, it’s the staff’s hard work, 😓 attention to details on every single order, making sure the customer has all that they expect on their order, that makes this location one of my favourite places to eat. This McDonald’s restaurant has very good management, excellent customer service, team members with great attitudes and a lot of patience which results in keeping the customers satisfied and happy. “We had an impromptu kids birthday party for about 15 kids, 3 to 8 years old. Showed up about 30 minutes ahead of time and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. The play place was great and the kids had a blast. Plenty of dining room for kids and adults. Wonderful service and attentive staff. Plenty of options as far as decorations and even cake if you plan ahead. Great job!“

“My most Favorite McDonalds in all of Albuquerque ! My order is always perfect, the customer service here is exemplary and should be noted and followed by all the other McDonalds in town. They work as a team and you can see the respect in how they treat and talk to each other and their customers. “Atmosphere was my car and I was in a mood 😄. Service? They took my money efficiently, brought my food out rather quickly. Food...I mean it's tasty but you no longer serve my favorite. I think it was called the hot and tasty with mayo, flippin good. Ok that is all.“

“I came here at the beginning of the week, I wanted to treat myself to some fries. I ended up only recieving 1 of 2 fries. I went through the app in attempt to get a refund or something in return, the app frustrated me so much that by the time I found the place to let the restaraunt to know I had a missing item I was very frustrated so I left a nagging response in my comments. Yesterday, the Manager Marcela contacted me personally about the issue. She was very nice and understanding and wanted to correct the issue in the best way possible. “I went through drive thru using my mobile app but gone didn’t work they were so wonderful and helpful the sweet gentleman working first window called the manager Esabelle whom took her time and was very kind and helpful to make sure my code worked and helped me make sure I got my discount with the app the entire staff is friendly nice and very professional which is hard to find in fast food restaurants especially Mc Donald’s thank you so much to all of I will be coming to this McDonalds instead of the one by my house on Candelaria and Eubank!“

“For a McDonald's it is a 4/4 (5's to me are really good restaurants). This one has been updated and is a nice stop that is not far ffrom me the interstate. It has a Play Place that has also been remodeled and updated. I recommend the green chile cheeseburger (not the best GCB in the state, but good and definitely unique to NM restaurants). If wanting McDonald's, this one is a good stop.“

“I just ordered breakfast delivery, a big breakfast without pancakes and added an extra egg and sausage, two burritos, an egg sausage mcmuffin, and a mocha. I always have a great experience at this location, especially with this order. Other restaurants forget or get a whole order wrong but I got free pancakes. The eggs in the big breakfast are massive! I didn't even need to order an extra one this time. The eggs are super fluffy and took up half the plate (they were stacked, not side by side). This was my first time trying the mocha and it was way better than my usual drink at Starbucks, so I will definitely be coming back for a large every time. Overall, this is the best mcdonald's in the city and I think that's why they are always busy, especially after midnight.“

“Ordered a pair steak, egg and cheese bagels at the Drive thru, and just for the heck of it, a hash brown. Had to wait 10 minutes, but it was worth it !
