I had a couple of special circumstances with my Autistic family member, and not only was he accommodating, he was kind about it. “I haven’t been inside a McDonalds in quite some time. I did enjoy the table with the light up games on it. I had never seen anything like that before. The fries were crispy and delicious as always. And even though I didn’t actually interact with a person, my order was extremely fast and accurate.“

“Great playplace, no code required for restrooms, service was great. No self serve drink machine so if you're there during a rush getting a refill might take extra time. Oddly a Christian radio station playing over the speakers but it was inoffensive.“

“This McDonalds has a play place. It is the only McDonald’s with a play place in the area. The play place is a really good one too.

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options at McDonald’s are limited to fries and deserts.

Dietary restrictions: McDonald’s lists all their ingredients on the app. I have two children with food allergies and we have never had problems with cross contamination.

Parking: McDonald’s has its own parking lot. It is not very large and can fill up during busy times.

Kid-friendliness: This is the most kid friendly McDonald’s in the area because it has a play place.“

“I have been going to this location for years. This crew has been really good for quite some time. There were some big pandemic stumbles but who didn’t have employee problems and labor shortages. Anyhow, this crew would be nearly impossible to beat. They have the fastest drive through I have witnessed. A few other close by ones are good but not quite this fast. I went to Wendy’s on Montgomery near Eubank and waited forever. I then appreciated this crew all the more. Great job, everyone.“

“I really like this location its close to where I live and for the most part is great service but I have noticed allt lately that in the evening around 645-650 there will be a rush not a big rush but a small one and one cooks and one person doing anything this is a business and managers need to step in when they are needed not to just stand and watch your a manager manage your store“

“These guys are heroes, the good service at this location made my day on Saturday! I was returning to ABQ from an out of town job, and I had stopped at another restaurant's drive thru. At that restaurant I had a bad experience so I got out of line (several other people did too). So I thought I'd try my favorite McDonalds, this one always has good service and friendly people. When I got to the drive thru, paid and received my order I realized I was charged for a different item than what I ordered. (At the time I thought the total sounded low but maybe it was a special). I told the employee at the window about the mistake and he gave me the item I originally wanted. I asked him if I needed to pay more and he said no. I was so thankful for his kindness! You rock, and everyone here is super amazing!“

“The food was great, I barely waited for my food, but I asked for a meat and bun only burger for my kid and they gave me just the opposite. The burger had everything on it, like how it would be regularly ordered. I told them and they made it again, correct this time.“

“Twice now we've ordered from this location in one night and have had both orders messed up. It's the negligence of the workers not reading orders, and or not changing out printer ink. This is ridiculous that we yet haven't had one order correct in 2 tried within the same night“

“We had an impromptu kids birthday party for about 15 kids, 3 to 8 years old. Showed up about 30 minutes ahead of time and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. The play place was great and the kids had a blast. Plenty of dining room for kids and adults. Wonderful service and attentive staff. Plenty of options as far as decorations and even cake if you plan ahead. Great job!“

“My most Favorite McDonalds in all of Albuquerque ! My order is always perfect, the customer service here is exemplary and should be noted and followed by all the other McDonalds in town. They work as a team and you can see the respect in how they treat and talk to each other and their customers. “I only go to this McDonald's once a month. And each time they leave you standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. All their effort goes to the drive-thru. It's like it bothers them that you are there to spend your money. McDonald's is not what it used to be. But I guess everything is not like it used to be. I will not be going there again.“

“Well are you ordering through your app Today, if so , don't forget the ice. If I were giving advise I suggest try ordering in the app actually it is very easy and simple. Included it helps the entire process go smoothly. Before it was paying with cash held up the line well now it's placing an order at the store people are already picking up and already have paid through the app and actually the app offers fantastic coupons deals and a lower price on items including deals you can't get ordering on site. Parking: The parking lot is basically in my opinion off limits to many hobos mooching and beggers overwhelming things and anything they can think of will ask for even the drive through has a stationed hobo like an English gaurd for donations or charity is a Givin if you don't make eye contact they won't bother you but one time sitting in the parking lot re updating my app for the dash platform in a dash my phone is not working amd back and forth I'm eager to get it updated minding my own business avoiding eye contact didn't work this homeboy comes up and interrupts me for what for what my gosh how rude some people are automatically a demonstration of what defective product was in the world I am grateful at least I can say No thankfully. Or I would fuckitoff and give it away right . They come out if nowhere like zombies.“

“Do NOT go to the drive thru closest to the building. I pulled up and they asked me to hold & that's not a problem but i waited while the other lane took 3 orders. I had to yell hello for someone to come back on the speaker to even take my order. They need to change the employee who takes the orders for that drive thru. On a better note, the cashier is absolutely exceptional & they were quick to get my order to me. I gave 5 stars because I'm not going to lesson the rest of the staff's effort because of 1 person.“

“For a McDonald's it is a 4/4 (5's to me are really good restaurants). This one has been updated and is a nice stop that is not far ffrom me the interstate. It has a Play Place that has also been remodeled and updated. I recommend the green chile cheeseburger (not the best GCB in the state, but good and definitely unique to NM restaurants). If wanting McDonald's, this one is a good stop.“

“The Food was good.
I went through the drive threw and ordered Two Large MCCrispy Chickens. I had to go in because they and I forgot to get my
2 Large Drinks at the window. I wish that I would have looked in the bag when I went into McDonald's to get my drinks because I was supposed to have 2 Large Fries. and I only had 1 Large Fry when I looked in the bag.

It was both of our responsibilities to make for sure everything was right.

I don't care what time of day or night it is they are always on top of everything and they get the Food out quickly and so far I can't complain. “I went on my way to school to get two fish sandwiches for dinner both came out and I literally can't even bite into the one on one of them neither one had tartar sauce and on top of that I don't have time to go back and get it fixed because I have school and the phone is not working there either so I can't even call to correct the situation. This is normally a great location not sure what happened. My wife came and got my food and went back for me and the management was awesome at helping correct the situation.
