This is my favorite McDonald's in the NE heights! Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Update. Still has issues but getting better. I use the app now to at least get discounts.
Simple things should not be messed up. Order a big breakfast they ask if you want the pancakes. I say of course its for the kiddo. I order me a meal. Guess what no rootbeer anymore. I get our food glance and leave. Get a mile down the road as the kiddo gets his food. They forgot the pancakes. I had to turn around go back and they said they did not charge for it. I paid for it again...read full review

This McDonald's outlet offers a pleasant overall experience with a clean dining room and efficient drive-thru service. The staff is friendly and attentive, with a nice touch of greeting customers by name. The quality of the food is fresh, with juicy and crispy nuggets and a double fillet-o-fish cooked to perfection. The restaurant is conveniently located on a corner, making it easy to get in and out, and there are fewer homeless people compared to other locations. During busy times, the staff remains fast, friendly, and efficient, often getting orders correct even when the drive-thru lines are long. Customers appreciate the patience of the employees, especially when kids are picky and change their minds. The staff, including a friendly team member named Liz, handle complicated orders with kindness. The ice cream machine is often working, and overall, this McDonald's stands out for its cleanliness, friendly service, and fresh food quality.
