Too many homeless. INSIDE the store.

I've been here a good number of times and multiple times have the same thing happened.
Today I walk in placing my order at 6:48.
I get up to go to the checkout at 7, waiting patiently as they were busy, but then the workers proceed to ignore me even when I try asking for help, simply saying one moment despite rushing orders out to drive thru one by one.
I eventually get noticed and get my food at 7:22, a whopping 34 minutes later.
This is ridiculous, they just ignored...read full review

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While the staff is consistently polite and courteous, the quality and timeliness of the food have been a concern. Some customers have experienced long wait times in the drive-thru, with fries that are no longer fresh and burgers that are cold by the time they are received. However, the best McDonald's location in Abq is praised for providing fresh patties and excellent service, even when busy. In one instance, a customer understood the restaurant's system crash and the resulting delay, but was disappointed with the hastily prepared, undercooked fries. Overall, McDonald's strives to provide a quick and convenient dining experience, but the quality of the food can be inconsistent. Customers appreciate that the lobby is always well-maintained and that their food is consistently fresh and hot, even during busy times. Despite occasional concerns about the size of the apple pie and fewer fruit pieces, many enjoy the location's fast service and clean interior. Notably, this location offers ICE CREAM, which is often unavailable at other McDonald's, and the ice cream machine is usually working. The restaurant generally stays open until 11 pm and maintains a fresh, clean smell inside, without the smell of old oil burning. The staff does their best to control disruptive customers and handle busy periods with patience and bravery.
