Panda Express in Albuquerque

“It's in the mall food court. I was delighted to find it. The food is great and I think maybe a little cheaper than the usual Panda Express. The atmosphere is standard mall but certainly okay. I have also ordered delivery.

Vegetarian options: Well, they have lots of stir fried vegetables. I'm not a vegetarian so I'm not sure about cross contamination with the meat dishes but it looks ideal to me.

Parking: There is lots of outdoor parking near the entrance to the mall that goes directly to the food court

Kid-friendliness: There are little race cars and things the kids love to ride in, free at the mall. Kids would be able to eat in the comfort of a noisey mall instead of being confined in a restaurant

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there seems to be ramps and the like. I push a dog buggy and we had no problems getting over curbs etc.“

“Been going to this place for several months now in the span of a few years, for the past few years I've lived here in Albuquerque and this Panda Express has been the MOST reliable out of them all! Out of the MANY Panda Express restaurants I've been to, this one here has been the most consistent with it's food, service, and atmosphere. The most recent manager, named Ezra, has been a more recent hire from the time of writing this, despite having worked at this location for a week, he fits right in with everyone else and has been the most accomadating out of all the previous managers before him, he's also more out n' about compared to the others, the food here is excellent too, cooked to perfection nearly 80-90% of the time I've gone here, with the rare few times the food didn't come out right of course, having more flavor than most foods I've had, and not to mention the employees who are usually always friendly and have a funny bone most of the time when chatting with them. I recommend this Panda Express the most in particular to anyone who stops by this place and wants something good to fill their stomachs, or to just chill for a bit.

And to Ezra, if you see this, sorry for lying to you about the review ?, I never once thought about reviewing this place until you mentioned it and I got really nervous, so I lied in order to properly review this place, which, by all means, deserves a proper review after having been here for such a long time and for so many years, don't even know why the thought never crossed my mind honestly, thank you man, I hope you enjoy your time here and wish you luck, I look forward to the next time we meet, sorry for all the trouble lol.“

“I have been a few Panda Express shops and this one was impressive. The food was fresh and appetizing. The staff were amazing and qualified. We came in alone, then behind us were 2 more groups. The staff switched into position from 1 person to 3 and another support. All to meet the needs of incoming customers. They all were polite and effective in their jobs. It was refreshing to experience as these days staff greeting and efficiently is low. I will definitely return.“

“This place has soooooo improved! I don't know what changed, but the past few times I've been here, everything is better - the food is fresher and way yummy, the service is friendlier and more helpful, and you could eat off the floor, it's so clean. I'd given up on this Panda, but I'm so so glad I came back. I'll be coming back a lot more often now!“

“Location, speed of service, clean tables and restroom, free parking directly in front of the restaurant, Nice! Kung pao chicken (my favorite) was delicious! My bowl was full (Large portion) and my spring noodles were crispy. In Addition, if you truthfully answer the survey at the bottom of the receipt you get more free food. They have Mexican coca cola which is made with cane sugar, not high fructose corn syrup, delicious although more expensive ($3.60 per bottle). I couldn't get data on the MSG content in the food, but, I feel fine, 3 days after eating. Not bloated, my face or undergoes not swollen...so, I don't think they use MSG (Sal China) but can't verify it.
I love this location. Ample room, lots of seats, clean, floor to ceiling glass panes to look outside, it's located a walk away from bus stops (Which buses are FREE in Albuquerque) and a good 3 -5 block walk from University of New Mexico and Zimmerman library.“

“The workers are nice and the food is good, I went there today and I ordered crab Rangoon’s, I was very excited but they unfortunately forgot to put them in the bag, so I basically paid for them and didn’t even get to eat them, definitely ruined my mood but I would still say it’s a good place to go to.“

“Quick. Got in and out really fast. And they are exceptionally generous with servings. Only.. they forgot to put my third entree in my to go bag. Got back to my room before I noticed it wasn't in there. . I let it go. 4 stars. The dynamite Chicken was bomb!!“

“Angelica was very pleasant an helpful in assisting with carrying my tray to table an getting my drink
Very appreciative of such kindness an service for the extra help for this senior citizen with DME’s
Thank you
Good Job Angelica“

“Panda Express is still my easy go-to for a quick meal, and the service is usually pretty fast. However, I’ve noticed they changed their chow mein recipe a while back, and unfortunately, it’s just not for me anymore. I still enjoy the other entrees, but I definitely miss the old version of the noodles!“

“This place is well operated. It is clean, and when you visit during normal meal hours, the food is well prepared and gets refilled often.

I noticed that most of the bad reviews are from people who visited in very late hours. If you visit during the normal lunch and dinner hours, you will find the food to be good for the price. I also recommend that you step inside for a to-go order rather than the drive through, because you can then pick the items based on appearance, which is usually a good indicator of when it was cooked.“

“Very fresh food here with little wait time. We enjoyed our dinner but staff was short and did not have ice, knives or time to address concerns. I will say that the last time we were here was better service and the manager even came over to check on us. We will be back.“

“Customer service was great, all the employees were super friendly and attentive. Went through drive through and it was very quick and accurate. Leon was a great help and provided a wonderful experience :) will absolutely return in the future !“

“The wait was really long and they didn’t get my order to me until I drove around to ask about it again, I was upset at first but the manager definitely helped. She got my order out right away offered a drink or appetizer and even refunded my order. This was shocking but I really did appreciate that she even did that, I wasn’t expecting it. So the experience may have been not so great but the manager definitely made up for it. Thanks to her for being on top of it I know it was hectic but I appreciate that she understood my frustration and wasn’t rude.“

“Nathan and Linda made me feel human… I got in a wreck BSCO police and door dash laughed at me for being in a wreck I came to THIS panda n I felt human again. I don’t need to say no more ask for brother Nate n ask for miss Linda I swear“
