Panda Express in Albuquerque

“Been going to this place for several months now in the span of a few years, for the past few years I've lived here in Albuquerque and this Panda Express has been the MOST reliable out of them all! Out of the MANY Panda Express restaurants I've been to, this one here has been the most consistent with it's food, service, and atmosphere. The most recent manager, named Ezra, has been a more recent hire from the time of writing this, despite having worked at this location for a week, he fits right in with everyone else and has been the most accomadating out of all the previous managers before him, he's also more out n' about compared to the others, the food here is excellent too, cooked to perfection nearly 80-90% of the time I've gone here, with the rare few times the food didn't come out right of course, having more flavor than most foods I've had, and not to mention the employees who are usually always friendly and have a funny bone most of the time when chatting with them. I recommend this Panda Express the most in particular to anyone who stops by this place and wants something good to fill their stomachs, or to just chill for a bit.

And to Ezra, if you see this, sorry for lying to you about the review ?, I never once thought about reviewing this place until you mentioned it and I got really nervous, so I lied in order to properly review this place, which, by all means, deserves a proper review after having been here for such a long time and for so many years, don't even know why the thought never crossed my mind honestly, thank you man, I hope you enjoy your time here and wish you luck, I look forward to the next time we meet, sorry for all the trouble lol.“

“I have been a few Panda Express shops and this one was impressive. The food was fresh and appetizing. The staff were amazing and qualified. We came in alone, then behind us were 2 more groups. The staff switched into position from 1 person to 3 and another support. All to meet the needs of incoming customers. They all were polite and effective in their jobs. It was refreshing to experience as these days staff greeting and efficiently is low. I will definitely return.“

“It's in the mall food court. I was delighted to find it. The food is great and I think maybe a little cheaper than the usual Panda Express. The atmosphere is standard mall but certainly okay. I have also ordered delivery.

Vegetarian options: Well, they have lots of stir fried vegetables. I'm not a vegetarian so I'm not sure about cross contamination with the meat dishes but it looks ideal to me.

Parking: There is lots of outdoor parking near the entrance to the mall that goes directly to the food court

Kid-friendliness: There are little race cars and things the kids love to ride in, free at the mall. Kids would be able to eat in the comfort of a noisey mall instead of being confined in a restaurant

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there seems to be ramps and the like. I push a dog buggy and we had no problems getting over curbs etc.“

“This place has soooooo improved! I don't know what changed, but the past few times I've been here, everything is better - the food is fresher and way yummy, the service is friendlier and more helpful, and you could eat off the floor, it's so clean. I'd given up on this Panda, but I'm so so glad I came back. I'll be coming back a lot more often now!“

“Fabiola needs a raise!! I don't know if she's a manager. I really hope she is. But the way she took care of customers was above and beyond, I had a pretty large order. And she took her time to make sure everything was correct. Labeled everything. And that is definitely one of the cleanest panda express in albuquerque. I live by the one on paseo I will make the drive.“

“Quick. Got in and out really fast. And they are exceptionally generous with servings. Only.. they forgot to put my third entree in my to go bag. Got back to my room before I noticed it wasn't in there. . I let it go. 4 stars. The dynamite Chicken was bomb!!“

“Panda Express is still my easy go-to for a quick meal, and the service is usually pretty fast. However, I’ve noticed they changed their chow mein recipe a while back, and unfortunately, it’s just not for me anymore. I still enjoy the other entrees, but I definitely miss the old version of the noodles!“

“The wait was really long and they didn’t get my order to me until I drove around to ask about it again, I was upset at first but the manager definitely helped. She got my order out right away offered a drink or appetizer and even refunded my order. This was shocking but I really did appreciate that she even did that, I wasn’t expecting it. So the experience may have been not so great but the manager definitely made up for it. Thanks to her for being on top of it I know it was hectic but I appreciate that she understood my frustration and wasn’t rude.“

“This place is well operated. It is clean, and when you visit during normal meal hours, the food is well prepared and gets refilled often.

I noticed that most of the bad reviews are from people who visited in very late hours. If you visit during the normal lunch and dinner hours, you will find the food to be good for the price. I also recommend that you step inside for a to-go order rather than the drive through, because you can then pick the items based on appearance, which is usually a good indicator of when it was cooked.“

“Ordered the string bean chicken breast with chow mein it was absolutely delicious not too little or too much of anything. The string beans and the peppers were cooked to perfection. The workers were quick and friendly and the restaurant was clean. Would definitely go back“

“Food was delicious, cooked to perfection and lots of flavor and portions were very generous. Joseline recommended the the bbq brisket and we loved it. I haven’t been to any Panda Express locations in a while because I was always disappointed, I think this was the best experience I have had at any Panda Express ever. We don’t live close to this particular location but we will definitely make the drive if we are ever wanting to eat at panda.“
