“I have been a few Panda Express shops and this one was impressive. The food was fresh and appetizing. The staff were amazing and qualified. We came in alone, then behind us were 2 more groups. The staff switched into position from 1 person to 3 and another support. All to meet the needs of incoming customers. They all were polite and effective in their jobs. It was refreshing to experience as these days staff greeting and efficiently is low. I will definitely return.“
“It's in the mall food court. I was delighted to find it. The food is great and I think maybe a little cheaper than the usual Panda Express. The atmosphere is standard mall but certainly okay. I have also ordered delivery.
Vegetarian options: Well, they have lots of stir fried vegetables. I'm not a vegetarian so I'm not sure about cross contamination with the meat dishes but it looks ideal to me.
Parking: There is lots of outdoor parking near the entrance to the mall that goes directly to the food court
Kid-friendliness: There are little race cars and things the kids love to ride in, free at the mall. Kids would be able to eat in the comfort of a noisey mall instead of being confined in a restaurant
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there seems to be ramps and the like. I push a dog buggy and we had no problems getting over curbs etc.“
“Great customer service, Crystal helped me and she was very sweet. I was having a horrible day and such beautiful customer service flipped my rough day around. So thankful, I will be choosing this location over any just for ongoing great experience and fresh food as well as it being clean. ♡“
“My professional association just finished a conference at Isleta and I cannot say enough good things. The staff was amazing and extraordinarily accommodating, the food was delicious, and the prices were very affordable for our budget. Thank you all for the great 4 days we had at Isleta!“
“We stopped here while driving through on I-40. One of our main dishes was burned, as if it had been sitting out too long. Staff offered to replace the item when the fresh dish came out. You will need to ask for the code to access the bathroom.“

“Exactly what you’re hoping for from a Panda Express. The atmosphere in the Sunport foot court is idyllic for an airport. It’s past security, so there’s no rush while you eat. Service at the Panda was a little brusque, but it was still better than most airport food places. Prices are extremely reasonable.“
“Ordered the string bean chicken breast with chow mein it was absolutely delicious not too little or too much of anything. The string beans and the peppers were cooked to perfection. The workers were quick and friendly and the restaurant was clean. Would definitely go back“
“Ok yall, its time to update this. There is a new GM in town. I finally have had a visit that made me come back to update the 1 star to 5.
Caleb, is the new GM I invite you all to give our area panda express a new try. He has turned the store way around. I salute you sir, your efforts are seen. In just a few months its amazing to see the change. We ve coming back more often for sure.
Past: Waited and 15 minutes (more like 20) for fresh black pepper chicken to get veggies... pretty disappointing.“
“The wait was really long and they didn’t get my order to me until I drove around to ask about it again, I was upset at first but the manager definitely helped. She got my order out right away offered a drink or appetizer and even refunded my order. This was shocking but I really did appreciate that she even did that, I wasn’t expecting it. So the experience may have been not so great but the manager definitely made up for it. Thanks to her for being on top of it I know it was hectic but I appreciate that she understood my frustration and wasn’t rude.“
“We ordered a box of fried noodles and a box of fried rice and an order of spring rolls. Spring rolls are tasty 😋, fried rice is on dry side and fried noodle was good enough to fill our hungry stomachs. We are vegetarians and Panda Express's fried noodles have been our usual order whenever we are on the road“
“Been going to this place for several months now in the span of a few years, for the past few years I've lived here in Albuquerque and this Panda Express has been the MOST reliable out of them all! Out of the MANY Panda Express restaurants I've been to, this one here has been the most consistent with it's food, service, and atmosphere. The most recent manager, named Ezra, has been a more recent hire from the time of writing this, despite having worked at this location for a week, he fits right in with everyone else and has been the most accomadating out of all the previous managers before him, he's also more out n' about compared to the others, the food here is excellent too, cooked to perfection nearly 80-90% of the time I've gone here, with the rare few times the food didn't come out right of course, having more flavor than most foods I've had, and not to mention the employees who are usually always friendly and have a funny bone most of the time when chatting with them. I recommend this Panda Express the most in particular to anyone who stops by this place and wants something good to fill their stomachs, or to just chill for a bit.
And to Ezra, if you see this, sorry for lying to you about the review ?, I never once thought about reviewing this place until you mentioned it and I got really nervous, so I lied in order to properly review this place, which, by all means, deserves a proper review after having been here for such a long time and for so many years, don't even know why the thought never crossed my mind honestly, thank you man, I hope you enjoy your time here and wish you luck, I look forward to the next time we meet, sorry for all the trouble lol.“
