However, some customers had problems. One said the fries are always cold in the drive thru, and the cheese bites tasted old and stale. Another waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru after paying, and was only told the food was still cooking when they asked. A different customer said the drive thru is always missing items, including a sandwich, though customer service is always great and so is the food. One lunch order was incorrect by the time they got home, but a manager offered a replacement meal, and a week later another manager honored it.
