This food’s quality is NOT worth the price. Save your money and just go to Chipotle. Only saving grace is the location of the food court
The NACHOS were nothing less than amazing! I ordered after seeing someone getting them!! The food portion for the money was excellent. They were so big 5 people couldn’t finish eating it!!!! We ate the red and green on the Nacho’s with Carne Adovada!!!!! SO GOOD!!!!!!!
Very average food. Overpriced for very small portions.

Red & Green New Mexico Cuisine offers excellent food, including amazing NACHOS with red and green on the Nacho’s with Carne Adovada, great carne adobada fries, and rich mole chicken enchiladas. The food portions for the money are excellent, with so much food that five people couldn’t finish. However, expect to wait a really long time compared to other places, sometimes 30+ minutes. The restaurant is often understaffed with more than one cook needed, leading to lacking communication and confusion over orders. Service people are a bit intimidating but friendly and lovely overall. The atmosphere can be noisy near the entrance, and the servers couldn't decide who was the server. Despite these issues, the food is fantastic, light, and delicious, with something for everyone, including those with food allergies.
