My wife accidentally placed our order at the manual location when we got to the San meteo location the worker said she was still working on my order(obviously not because it was placed @ the menual) but we didn't catch it for at least 10 mins. When we arrived at the menual location the inside was closed so we were forced to stand in the long drive thru line, eventually we got to the speaker and the worker was nice enough to ask if we wanted to pull around to the front of the building...read full review

I love the food here but they seemed uninterested in working. I pulled into the drive through at 5:50 when they were posted as open until 6. They informed me they weren't serving food any more. Better luck next time I guess.

I love Schlotzsky’s, but why are a lot of fast food restaurants still keeping the inside closed down? The pandemic has been over for a very long time! Wake up people! We didn’t even go through the drive-thru there, we just went to the location on San Mateo, because their lobby is open. I think keeping the inside closed is making fast food restaurants lose money.
