I came to this location, the order took about 35 minutes and once I got my shakes and ice cream they were melted, food was cold, bread was soggy, and management told me to return the food the following day with receipt to have a new order. It was closing time. I said, the ice cream??? She replied yes, all of it if you want it replaced. I thought that was the most ridiculous thing someone had ever requested.
