Horrible experience. Actually inexcusable experience. I had a large order, for which there were no other customers at the time, and I told the girl I have multiple orders to order and instead of tackling one order at a time. The girl had 3 other people come out to help her. The order was for 5 sandwiches. so I am getting multiple questions thrown at me because some were toasted and some were not. This is the ONLY Subway I will go to in Albuquerque. I come to eat here 2 or 3 times a month. The ladies who work here are ALWAYS nice. They always greet us when we come in and thank us when we leave. They hustle when they have a line, apologize for the wait, and thank us for our patience. It is ALWAYS clean and the food always looks fresh. I just went today and one of the girls was making me a sandwich and she stopped to sign for a package.
