I was with a party of four at 1130am on a Saturday. I did not know what to expect from this restaurant or the experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. We were at the restaurant for the Dim Sum brunch. Collectively, we shared nearly 20 small plates of food. All of the food was well-prepared and flavorful. Sushi maker guy talks too much instead of making the sushi. Shouldn’t have to wait so long for the order when they’re not busy, and you can watch him stand and talk and not fill the orders.The rest of the staff was great, everyone was friendly.

Pretty good sushi. Recommend don't go or even ask for a table if it is busy. Sumo Sushi is understaffed and unable to handle busy periods where the wait staff will be surly and Inattentive.
