“A simple fresh cafe vibes with amazing food to fork cusine. If they dont make it in house they buy from small local makers. All organic high vibe ingredients.
Its a seat yourself and order at the counter place. The line moves quick and the food comes quick.
I eat here everytime I come to Taos.
Oh dont miss the icecream..its amazing...especially if you are dairy free, they always have 2 vegan flavors, some of the best in the country in my opinion.“

“The Coffee Apothecary in Taos sits on Paseo del Pueblo Sur, a small place, unpretentious, with Eiffel chairs and a clean, bright air. The beans, roasted in-house, carry the high desert’s truth—ethically sourced, full-bodied, smooth as the Rio Grande’s flow. You order a mocha, sweet and soothing, or an espresso, sharp and true, and it comes with a quiet care, the baristas moving like they know the weight of a good cup. The vibe is Taos itself—old meeting new, a warm nook where locals and wanderers sit, talk, or think in silence. Pastries, baked by Pablo Flores’ mother, are simple, honest, and good. You sip, you stay, you feel the community’s pulse. Five stars, for it is a place that does not compromise, and you leave better than you came.“
“Lovely little shop. Coffee was delicious. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade next to a sweet spring garden.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars! The best breakfast/lunch in Taos hands down. We’ve been coming for years and we never get tired of it. Lovely owners, delicious food, respectful of food allergies, and friendly staff (ask for Monica). Can’t recommend this place enough.“
