“A wonderful young beautiful woman Natalie, she is the sole reason I go to this Panda Express, because every time I see her she is just a ray of sunshine from the heavens above. Ever since the beginning of summer she has made this Panda Express more than excellent. She's an absolute delight to talk to and is always so respectful and kind. A diligent hard worker and everything this Panda needed. She is so attentive to each individual customer. She establishes one on one in human interactions and it makes you feel so special and like you're talking to a real person. She sheer bright and cheerful attitude is why I get so excited to come to Panda. Everytime I go up to the drive through intercom, I get excited because I get to see my favorite person! I'm so for when I say she is the sole reason I come to this Panda. As a college student in a different city who is home for the summer, it makes me sad I won't be able to see my favorite employee till maybe winter or next summer. Cause I'm serious when I say, because of her my food tastes better. The pure kindness and love she shows in the small conversations we have make my food taste way better because I'm thinking about her and her hard work. I keep her in my prayers and thoughts, please keep her happy and filled with love as she has a gorgeous soul that needs to be protected from this cruel world. It's people like her who give me hope for humanity and that kindness isn't dead in this society. She is someone who will always be filled with love and kindness even in the darkest situation, even when she is at her lowest she is the kind of person to be kind to others no matter what. And I absolutely love her for it. She is one of those people who makes the world better, even by just having a small conversation at the window of a fast food place. I'll miss seeing her this fall because every time I go to Panda I leave with a smile on my face and cavities in my teeth because of how sweet she is. You must give her a raise, flexible hours, a new title or something because she is literally EVERYTHING. that beautiful lady deserves the entire universe just because of how attentive, respectful, kind, compassionate, and loving she is. “I work down the street and have come to this restaurant at least 4 times. The food is good. The lunch portion is perfect size for someone who doesn't wat a whole lot. The ladies who work there are extremely nice and accommodating. I enjoy eating here.“

“Phenomenal place! We celebrated my son's 28th Birthday there 4 days ago. We got there at 6pm, a group of 9 people with no prior reservation. (I know 🫣) Nonetheless, they treated us AMAZING! The food was beyond delicious, and they give you massive portions of it as well. The restaurant was super clean, and so was their restroom. I have OCD so I notice everything lol. This is officially my new favorite Chinese Restaurant. If you haven't tried it out yet then stop reading my review and gooooo over there asap!! 👌🤤“

“We’re visiting from Los Angeles and were genuinely surprised to find such authentic Sichuan food in Albuquerque! The flavors are incredibly authentic — bold, numbing, spicy, and aromatic with real depth. It’s not just heat for the sake of heat, but a rich fragrance and lingering aftertaste that truly reminds us of home.
We especially recommend the grilled fish and Mao Xue Wang. The cooking was spot on — perfectly balanced seasoning, tender meats, and flavorful ingredients throughout. It honestly tastes just like a high-quality Sichuan restaurant back in China.
The service was warm and welcoming. The owner was very friendly and took the time to patiently introduce the dishes. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the food came out quickly. It’s not easy to find this level of authentic Sichuan flavor in New Mexico. We’ll definitely come back next time we crave something spicy and will absolutely recommend it to friends!“

The flavor profile of their Hunan Beef is undeniably authentic to classic Chinese-American cuisine.

Music would give the establishment 5 stars in atmosphere as well.

“Updating my review as I just dropped in again and it looks much better kept and there was a very lovely man greeting people who was also acting as cashier and dropping food off. It wasn't too busy so that worked as it was an off hour between normal lunch and dinner service. I'm still not thrilled with the food but it was ok.“

“The Orange chicken is amazing as many others have reviewed. The service has always been friendly and quick. I’m not the biggest fan of their egg drop or egg rolls. I will try their hot and sour next time. A little pricey but worth it and the drive!“
