Unique, tranquil and special was our experience at the Corn Maiden. We have been to the Tamaya resort multiple times but had never eaten at the Corn Maiden. We were completely impressed. Locally sourced ingredients and delightful service accompanied the entire meal. I had the pork and my husband had the buffalo. The dessert of caramel custard cake with Cornbread crust and ice cream was perfect finish with our cappuccinos. I only wish I could have tried more.. Next time Tamaya!...
The food was so good that we went back the second day. Don't come to the Hyatt without visiting Corn Maiden, you will be missing out. The waitress, Vanya, was nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. This place is a gem in the desert.
We tried to sample as many items as we could since everything on the menu looked appealing. I ordered the steak, which good, but the chicken dish that my wife ordered was so flavorful, with a slightly charred skin that added a smokiness. It was moist and well-seasoned. The side dishes were another highlight. We started with the bisque soup, which was rich and comforting. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a memorable experience.
