We have been dining at Corn Maiden for years and will continue to do so. Outstanding food, service, and ambience. Really special place in a hidden gem of a resort. Worth the experience!
The food is delicious! The dishes were not standard but elevated. We had the buffalo tenderloin which was spiced to perfection and so tender. The service was excellent; we were not rushed. This restaurant is in a beautiful setting and perfect for watching the sunset. The interior is a warm, elegant Pueblo style. Corn Maiden is a perfect spot for a date night or special celebration.
We had Thanksgiving dinner at Corn Maiden. My husband had the Buffalo tenderloin which was very flavorful and tender. I had the turkey dinner which was very good. The turkey was moist and a good portion. Our service was timely and friendly. The squash soup appetizer was excellent with a nice sage flavor. We loved the building decor and outdoor surroundings.
