I go to Starbucks very often and the past two times I pay extra for the caramel drizzle and they aren’t putting in my drink. Yesterday, I noticed as the older lady handed it to me and then I mentioned it and she got frustrated and just put some on top and handed it back without saying a word. And then again today my best friend ordered me one and they again didn’t put it in my drink.
