I had a carnaalovada burrito and it was end that good.
We waited for 40 minutes in an empty diner before realizing they never even started the order. I love twisters but the night staff in bernalillo are rude, incompetent, and couldn’t even count our money back when giving a refund. I would never stop at that location again. Twisters Burgers and Burritos is a regional fast-casual Mexican eatery with a local charm. With a nice selection of menu items, including burgers and burritos, this restaurant stands out from the rest. The food is good, with highlights like the shredded chicken taco and the ABQ Easy Green Burrito, which was described as "MAGNIFICENT." The restaurant offers a drive-thru and counter service, with friendly staff who provide attentive service and friendly banter, making customers feel welcome. The dining room is clean, and the restaurant has All-Gender restrooms. Kids can enjoy New Mexico-themed coloring pages, making it a great spot for families. Visitors especially enjoy the flavorful carne adovada burrito smothered in red chile sauce, with generous portions and authentic Northern New Mexico flavors. Although the ambiance may be simple, the cozy, community atmosphere and genuine concern from staff leave a positive impression. Some customers appreciate the affordable and delicious meals, though a few note that the restaurant does not serve water unless bottled, which can be more expensive than soda.
