It seemed to be an older building. The help was good. We ordered at the counter.. if you've never been to Arby's, you ought to try it. This one is like most.
They biggest complaint is tables being clean and not having enough supplies. The cashier said they didn't have ingredients to make the sandwiches we ordered which happened to be the specialty ones until Wednesday. Otherwise we would have given better stars.
I had an outstanding experience at the Arby's on West Pierce in Carlsbad, and it’s clear that Ray, the manager, is doing an incredible job leading the team.
