Panchos | Mexican Food & Taquería is a regular and favorite place for families. The food is fantastic with delicious, authentic flavored food. The spicy refried beans brought out with chips and salsa are delicious. Agua frescas are refreshing with not too much sugar but great flavor. Menudo was amazing with great flavor and a great portion. Nachos were good. The staff are welcoming and extremely friendly, always making everyone feel at home. The service was wonderful. This place is very special and the first place in Carlsbad with food that has very good flavor.
