UPDATE: Went back tje next day and they redid my order. Forgot to get the managers name. But. He was very nice and understanding and the food was fresh and delicious. So, i think the people the day before just werent having a good day.

I ordered my food through the app. I got a kids corn dog mean and a double smasher burger meal. Both were gross. Smasher mean was dry and the buns burnt. Asked for mayo + ketchup, they just put Hella mayo on it instead. The kids...

A shakey start as the young man could not get order straight. BUT SID got it! Confirmed, corrected and GOT IT ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! And she did it all with the best attitude, personable demeanor and the confidence of a BOSS! Charm, grace and intelligence. If she is not managing that shop soon you will be losing money as I'm certain Sid will be hired away soon to employment equal to her skill level. HEADS UP CARLSBAD GREAT EMPLOYEE MATERIAL- SID AT SONIC!!
