This was a disappointing visit. Maybe they're poorly staffed, maybe bad leadership. But we waited about 10 minutes after we pulled up to the speaker before our order was taken. Then we spent another 10 or 15 minutes waiting at the window. Part of the order was wrong, so we went back to the drive through (there were no cars in line) to request a remake of one of the burgers. The young lady at the window was apologetic both times, and friendly. But the shift was not performing well....read full review
If I could give this visit negative stars I would. We ordered ahead on the app and then drove there got in line. When we got to the speaker to give them our order number we sat and sat and sat. I finally said hello and a lady came on and said she didn't know why they weren't taking my order. We told her our number and pulled around. Walked in at exactly 1030 oreded my 2 whopper Jr and Two honeymustard wraps. Whoppers were made and placed in the pretty fast. 20min later I finally received my order left got down the road whoppers were cold and 1 of the wraps was the wrong one. When I got there I was.the only customer inside the building. Not sure what happen but I was not happy about the visit with this location.
