“I love this restaurant — it’s one of my favorites. The staff is always fantastic, especially the bar team who consistently make the experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, which I appreciate, but it can get a bit too dark at times, making the menu a little hard to read. If it fits the vibe, adding slightly brighter candles or a bit more table lighting would make a great experience even better. Overall, still a wonderful place I always look forward to visiting.“

“Texas style bbq for when you are away from Texas. Lean brisket was dry but sausage and pork ribs were decent. I enjoyed the potato salad a lot haven't had potato salad that good in a long time. I know people opinions vary a lot on style but it's the style I like, mustard and other flavors added to give it some crunch.“

“I love the food but I wish they put their actual hours. I've gone 3 times in the middle of the day and they've been closed every single time, online it says 5am-7pm, this is not true, they close at 2pm. Unfortunately for me I didn't know this and their hours in real life are in Spanish and the hours on Google are incorrect. Would love to eat here more often it sucks theyre closed that early.“

“Never had Blakes or a Green Hatch burger....I have been missing out!!!! It had just the right amount of heat. Just enough to open my nose. Lol. Great burger! We don't get to enjoy Green Hatch Chile Burgers in Georgia! My new favorite New Mexico eating joint.“

“We really enjoyed our food and our time at Lucy's! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Lucy herself even came by to say hi! The food really hit the spot after a long day!
Great local place to check out as we were visiting Carlsbad...just as it was 25 years ago when we went through Carlsbad the first time!
It is easy to see why they take pride in their margaritas!“

“it was shortstaffed this afternoon at chili's but Desi kept everything moving. she was positive, stayed smiling, was the nicest never a frown or bad attitude. amazing service. definitely will go back when I visit Carlsbad again“

“This was a nice find. They were busy, but we only waited about 10 minutes. Our server was really helpful, she recommended the grits with my catfish and the grits were amazing like she promised! The batter on the catfish was really good, as well as the hush puppies! My kids and husband enjoyed their meals as well. Would recommend for an easy meal!“
