“⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recommend birria tacos, they were very well served with lots of cheese and tortilla was not soggy. Salsa was on point and birria juice had good flavor. It was served with plenty of onions and cilantro. My only recommendation is to cut the limes in half. I would prefer half a lime which it is easier to squeeze rather than three little ones that when you squeeze them the juice ends up everywhere except your tacos. I do not recommend their aguas frescas. I had piña and my husband had pistachio. They were extremely watered down. I do not recommend their birria eggrolls. They had no flavor and they seemed to taste and had the consistency of beans. Other than that, customer service was excellent and the gentleman that took our order was very nice and polite.”

“After a long day of hosting a food drive/ fundraiser on my birthday for my 501c3 non-profit You EAt I EAt my husband suggested the Edge of Texas for my birthday dinner. I am happy that he did.. the appetizers were delicious. The Chicken Tortilla Soup and the salad.. delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection.
