Our waitress was phenomenonal.. very nice friendly. The food was amazing, especially the carne asada! My son loves to have the prickly pear lemonade whenever we are here. The sun room is a beautiful place to sit and done. Very close to the santuario and easy drive from Santa Fe. I highly recommend this great restaurant!
The service was very good and the ambience was excellent as many have described. I visited RDC 40 years ago when it was basically just a small house, and the carne adovada and other food was delicious! The size has grown tremendously since 1984, but the food has suffered some along the way. I was disappointed when I was served carne adovada as a pile of shredded pork coated with a thin orange chile sauce.
