“We happened upon Peres’s one Saturday last autumn , and their menu was a perfect example of selections that can be made for vegans, vegetarians or meat eaters. Jack had Posole made only with vegan ingredients and I had a classic potato stew. At the top of the menu they say the entrees can be vegetarian, chicken or beef. The restaurant itself was cozy and had a bar plus outdoor eating area. The food was delicious, not too oily and sizable potions. Additional note: the restroom was designed with antique cabinets and decor suitable for this historic building.“

Espresso shot pulled very well, with a very bright profile. Hunter was a very attentive and friendly server. She made excellent recommendations to my coworker.Dietary restrictions: A colleague of mine was able to replace nearly anything with a gluten free option except the pancakes.“

My friends ordered the cheeseburger and the fried chicken sandwich, all super tastey!!! I ordered a margarita and it was also really good! Our server, Albert, was really nice too. I will be back! “M'Tuccis was AMAZING!! It was my first time there. I was told about a couple of dishes that were delicious, but after looking at the menu, there was one dish that leapt off the page for me...the artichoke pesto ravioli. It sounded so decadent, and it did NOT disappoint!!! So creamy and indulgent! I also got to taste the spaghetti and meatballs-TOP NOTCH!! I will be going back very soon and I will take lots of pictures!! The ambiance there is so incredible and beautiful!! If I could give 10 stars, I would give 12!!! I have been told in the past that it was a bit pricey, but the customer service and the friendliness made it absolutely worth it!! I cant wait to go back!! Maybe today??????“

“Wind Dancer Bar & Grill at Prarie Star, one of the most amazing views ( the perfect postcard view) of the Sandia Mountains. Just amazing ! Well off the beaten path for a breakfast or lunch on a Sunday morning. Relaxing... take your time kinda day. The traffic in Bernalillo was so intense, so glad I remember this jewel of spot.“

“Great neon sign. That was the primary reason we stayed there. Nice rooms with great Native American Influences & decoration. However, one of the rooms we had was not cleaned prior to our entrance into the rooms. Friendly staff & customer service tended to the dirty room immediately & offered their apologies. There was a live DJ playing loud music at cocktail hour, which was interesting. The music died down mostly in time for a pleasant & quiet night’s sleep. Despite the messy room, I would still recommend this establishment due to the sign(which as a photographer I was really happy to capture) & friendly staff.“

The kitchen/ bar staff & the food they produce in my experience has always been great.They are quick to correct an order if a mistake happens but rarely happens. I have many food allergies so it’s nice to go somewhere where they care how the food/drinks are prepared & their customers are taken care of.The Bourbon House bar tenders are very attentive, respectful & create a great atmosphere especially on game days. Despite the heads-up about being short-staffed when I called earlier in the day to secure a table, we were undeterred. We've always hyped up Paisanos to our friends, and this visit proved why it's our go-to spot.Quinn, our server, deserves a special mention for his outstanding service. He managed our rowdy group with grace and charm, ensuring everyone felt attended to and remembered everyone's orders flawlessly. Despite our numerous requests and multiple bottles of wine, Quinn remained attentive and kept the atmosphere light with his jokes and friendly banter.Now, onto the food - where do I even begin? As someone with a gluten allergy, dining out can sometimes be a challenge, but Paisanos exceeded all expectations. From the appetizers to the entrees and desserts, every dish was a culinary delight. The white lasagna special was an absolute standout, leaving us all craving more.Not a single person in our group had any complaints - a testament to both the quality of the food and the exceptional service we received.
