Customer service is lacking totally, just unpleasant, actually left before even ordering anything.
This is an older Arby's that finally got an upgrade. Today I had a buffalo chicken sandwich for the first time. Not impressed. Food was hot but sandwich was tough. Also, nothing like the advertised pics. I have had good sandwiches there but few and far between. They can work on their order takers. As most of them need better customer service training.
Manager on duty was rude and obnoxious.
