I just have to give a shout out to the delivery girl that delivered my food to Dillard’s today 2/16/23! Unfortunately a mistake was made with my order, and it took a little longer then usual! But! Not only did I get a call from her insuring me she was on her way and apologized…but she righted the mistake left out of my order…hauled butt back and returned making it right in the end… Give that girl a bump in pay! We order delivery typically, but today I went into the store & the staff was very pleasant. They offered to put the toppings of my sandwich I said would be stored in the fridge, on the side so the bread wouldn’t get soggy. I just thought it was super sweet and I appreciated the kind gesture!

Love eating here but will never order from Farmington again. I had ordered one of the 16-inch sub payed for it, and they left it outside in the cold and never knocked on my door to let me know it arrived. After an hour, I opened up my front door to find my subs on the ground, called up the management, and told them I would never order from them again.
