“So far when I ordered and picked up "ASAP" according to the app, the food has always been hot and fresh. The last time I ordered and set my pickup time for an hour from when I placed it. Went ahead for pickup at the time I "wanted" it to pick it up, I get there and my pizza seemed warm like it had been sitting under the heater for a good while. Didn't taste as fresh like I ate there a few times before. I hope it wasn't made too early and left there under the heater for like half an hour or so if not longer. Hopefully this isn't the normal and I get to experience the hot and fresh food the last few times I have eaten here.“

“This is my go-to place when it comes to ordering from Domino's.. I usually order online and pick it up at the pick-up window.. I have never had a problem with any of my past orders.. Maybe a small hick-up, but they found my order right away.. The customer service here is great as they are attentive.. I also love their points program, as their pizza's are also reasonably priced.. “My first time trying Schlotzsky’s. I first looked online to see what looked good then went through the drive thru. It was lunch time and several cars were ahead of me. I wanted to try the pick 2 deal but I didn’t see it on the drive thru menu so I had to ask. Yes they had it. I ordered the beef bacon smokecheesy half sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. The total was $12.64. First impressions on the sandwich were a bit of a let down. The sauce and cheese were not edge to edge. Biting into it proved to be pretty dry. The flavor was ok and I was glad I had ordered soup so I could dip it. I liked the texture of the bread. The soup made my inner child happy! It was decent and had a small pile of grated cheese on top. I noticed I didn’t get any garlic bread with it. Not sure if that’s because it was a pick 2 deal but it was disappointing.
My to go bag included some napkins and packs of saltine crackers which I did not use.
The lady in the drive thru was friendly.
Altogether it was ok and I wouldn’t absolutely refuse to come back but it’s not very likely. The French dip sandwich might be a good option to resolve the dryness issue.“
