Delicious pizza!!! Friendly staff.
Think ‘different’. Think chipotle roasted cherries and carne asada pizza with an avocado/cilantro sauce in a hip, casual setting with a lively, young, down-to-earth crew. That pizza was a special. Now there’s a new one, no doubt. Omakase. Add interactive entertainments, heated patio and artisanal kombucha. Think, “I need to try 305 Fire.”
Delicious menu options, friendly staff and owners, beautiful outdoor seating with a koi pond/water feature. Highly recommend visiting and enjoying the delicious eats. Try the Corn Cookie if you get the chance.

Based on the reviews, 305 Fire Pizza is a restaurant with great pizza. The pizza is the best around and compares to pizza from places where pizza is a religion. The Carne Asada, Hot Honey, pepperoni and Hatch green chile, and butternut squash pizzas are must-try pizzas. The crust is amazing, and salads and cheesecake are so good. The service is great, with a very friendly staff and a nice owner. The location is very serene with a quaint patio dining area and a coi pond. They have live music on some evenings. The restaurant surpassed expectations and is a gem. It will be getting a beer and wine license in April, 2026. People who tried it were not disappointed.
