“My husband and I travel for work and we have eaten at many different Panda restaurants ranging from California to New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Arizona by far this Panda had the most amazing food I've ever tasted from Panda. It was so fresh and moist I didn't think food that amazing could come from Panda Express. This Panda in Gallup New Mexico deserve alot more than 5 stars. I will be contact who ever I can this place needs to be recognized for there up most excellence. In every way. “My family and I chose this restaurant because we enjoy Chinese food buffets and we were traveling and wanted something quick. The exterior of the restaurant looked a little run down, but the inside decor was pretty and the booths felt clean and private. Unfortunately, the men’s restroom wasn’t clean: one stall was out of order, and one stall had a door that didn’t lock well. The women’s restroom was clean though.
We were seated quickly and greeted by our friendly server right away. There were a lot of options on the buffet to choose from, but some of them looked like they had been sitting for quite a while and some didn’t taste very good. I was hoping to have a salad from the salad bar, but the lettuce was brown, so I skipped that part. I enjoyed the steamed buns and General Tso’s chicken the most. At the end of our meal, our server brought us each an individual serving of vanilla ice cream which was a fun surprise!“

“Wow! It’s rare that you can find a spot such as Avalon, being my first time here I was hesitant. As the saying goes, never judge a book by its cover rings true here.Having a simple menu that don’t have you stress trying to figure out what to get (being an indecisive person this awesome), the fast service made the visit even more great. My parents usually don’t like eating out in Gallup due to vendors coming every minute as your mouth has food in your mouth, Avalon’s no vendor policy allowed for a more private and eased meal.“

Vegetarian options: They have vegetable tofu and rice, I believe they have oil cleanings on Sunday night or Wednesday, be sure to ask so you’re able to get mixed free spring rolls or ask about other options on the menu 👍🏽

Parking: Parking on front and side of building, handicap accessible and lots of parking in the plaza for truckers.

Kid-friendliness: Have smaller portion take outs — single items you can have rice or you can choose the dragon bowls. Will fill you up!“
