Room was clean and beds are comfortable. Check in was smooth. We had dinner at the bar, which opened at 5 pm. Desiree was amazing; she was working alone and not only provided great service to us but also handled a large wedding that created a rush at the bar. One note to management: this bartender needed additional support. It was disappointed to see one staff member (I believe his name is Quentin) standing around on his phone and not helping when a large crowd appeared.

Another great stay in this lovely hotel with lovely, friendly people. This was our second time here. It’s close to the I40 for easy access, yet the room was extremely quiet. Even with our room facing the highway to watch the trains in a distance :)) Nice bar & restaurant area, and delicious made to order breakfast. It’s also a great use of Hilton Honors points (Diamond) and we will definitely return!

For the most part, our stay at this hotel was very good. Check-in was smooth, the front desk staff was helpful, the room was average to good, and the food service in the restaurant was good. Location was very convenient to I-40 as well as some local points of interest, which was ideal for us as this stay was part of a driving tour around New Mexico and Arizona.
