“Always delicious! Staff was friendly even on a super busy day and got us seated as quickly as possible. Wait staff is very courteous and bus staff is quick! Food was delicious! Our family friends who came back had been dreaming of their fajitas and said they were every bit as delicious as they remembered! They even handled the to-go order well, it was timed so it came out as we were finishing up. Highly recommend, you can't go wrong whether it's their new Mexican food or traditional American staples like a burger or patty melt (get wet fries (fries with brown gravy) for a Gallup staple).“

“I have commented some years before about this place. The Menudo then was out of this world but with the changings that have happened, the taste is not there as before. The fullness of the flavor is weak. The times that I have been there, the beef tripe is hardly in the servings, very small pieces. The price you pay for is more for the posole. I hate to say but as being a cook myself, the cook that was there before made it really good compared to now. The service is good thought.“

“After a wild hangover, I went to the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a large menudo but they were out, however, they made me a new batch from scratch and it was delicious. Some restaurants just say they are out and that’s it. La Carreta apologized for the wait to get it done but I didn’t mind one bit and enjoyed the chips and salsa in the meantime. That was excellent customer service. The food is exquisite. Try it out if you get a chance.“

“Came here for the Navajo taco, left with a happy tummy and a happy tot. She and the husband had the taquitos, I had the Navajo taco. Rewarded the kiddo with the chocolate sopapilla sticks and those suckers are NOT small. It took the 3 of us to finish them.Anyway, great food, great prices, and sweethearts working the counter and kitchen. This is my go to food place when we are traveling through Gallup now.

“I was handle by chad give him excellent job of offering different menu ideas.. O k taco bell you finally hit it out of the park on these new chicken tacos.. Unfortunately, they're none of the list of items I recommend below which needs to be corrected. I hope that all taco bells can make them at the same quality that it was done here in gallup, new mexico... The restaurant was very clean. The service was very good and I felt relaxing comfortable eating and enjoying my meal there.“

“Clean. Someone was at the counter right away and they didn't have an attitude. That was a nice change from the Taco bells in Santa Fe. And not only that, the tacos were a lot more full with stuff than the ones in Santa Fe so I can see. Although I'm not a big fan of Gallup in general, their Taco Bell seemed a lot cooler.“
