My wife has to eat gluten free (Celiac disease). Although they do not have GF options on the menu, Alex set her up with a veggie taco and steak/shrimp fajita meal that was wonderful! Alex knew exactly what he had to do to change up the dishes to make them GF.Super helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend Don Diego’s. The staff went out of their way to show us great NM hospitality.
One of my favorite experiences yet!For fajitas this is definitely a contender for the best fajitas in the state. Flavors are 100%.There is a lot of depth with the flavors, and the jalapeño side with sour cream really adds some nice spice and flavor and then the sour cream keeps it from being too spicy.A great family experience as well. Looks to caters to all ages and very friendly as well.

We ordered the chicken tacos and it was great. The stuffed sopapillas were amazing. The owner even came out to us and asked if the food was good. The service was also really fast.
