“Ordered an 8 piece dinner extra crispy & nuggets, was told the wait would be about 15 minutes. Not a problem since it took over 20 minutes to get to the window with 2 cars ahead of me. I would have rated the service higher but getting home and not one condiment (specifically the KFC sauce) really sucked.“
