Tamales!!! These are very good tamales. They are huge, and the masa has such great flavor that I could just eat that part of it and be happy. The family enjoyed the red (pork) the best, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the green (cheese & fresh jalapeno) and it turned out to be my favorite. .Bosa has The BEST menudo I've ever tasted! They ruined menudo for me now ,I will always compare any menudo to Bosa's menudo from now on.Its so rich and flavorful and so red! Popped in and grabbed an apple fritter donut by recommendation of a nice gentleman standing waiting He was not wrong! it is so good.
