Domino's Pizza in Las Cruces

“I had written a bad review 5 years ago, but now I wish to retract it. We have ordered several times this year and each time, we had great and fast service, plus the pizza and wings are always, absolutely, delicious. So sorry, for the previous review, but I guess at the time, I meant it. I'm the type of person who doesn't do a review if it is not a positive one. I don't know why I decided to do that one. Again, my apologies to Domino's.“

“I am fairly new to town and when I first arrived here my pizzas were disappointing. There was a management change a few months ago and every order has been outstanding. I believe the new manager's name is Doug. They actually read the order and accommodate my requests. I almost gave up on this location but now I am glad it's my local store.

Apparently a new manager today. I ordered 2 pizzas at the 9.99 sale price. One was charged .99 cents more, and I asked about the disparity. He became quite defensive on the edge of belgerance. I didn't have a problem with it, but I did ask to clarify. The manager, which I verified, lost his temper and gave me.my order at no cost to dismiss my question.
I demanded to pay, but was rejected.
All in all, it was unnecessary drama and completely out of line.
I have been a loyal customer for the last 8 months, which is the time I have been in town.
From now on, I will not patronize this establishment, and will drive another mile to the nearest locale.
It's amazing how much difference one employee can make at a business.“

“I am definitely a long-time frequent customer, & fan of Domino's pizza. I have ordered twice, from Domino's Pizza, here in LC, since moving/relocating, to the City. Their pizza delivery service, is usually always done, in a timely manner, & their hot, fresh food items, & pizzas, are delish. This was also my (2) latest, most recent experiences, when placing an order, & having one of their pizzas, delivered, to me. Kudos, to Domino's; keep up the great work!????“

“My order wasn’t correct . Might’ve been my fault cuz I hate ordering on the app so I went back and Jessica was really kind and made my order right with no hesitation and she was hauling butt making pizzas all by herself. They really need to get her help but for flying solo, she was doing a awesome job“
