“I have ordered from this place several times and their pizza is good and the customer service is excellent. I never really ran into any issues. I had one problem with an item missing from the order but that was the apps fault. I ordered the cheesy bread last night and it had a single jalapeño on the top but it wasn’t a big deal because it was still good. It just made me laugh when i saw it.“

“I came in 6:14 PM on Friday. Very busy, they did have to remake my pizza only due to their quality control, where one pizza did not look up to their standard. They were polite and quick with their fix. I see they are trying to be better and this shift should be recognized for their professionalism. Thank you.“
“I had an experience with Domino’s that really impressed me. We ordered pizzas for our kids while we were out, but I accidentally entered the wrong house number in the delivery address (our neighbor’s instead of ours). Because of my mistake, the pizzas couldn’t be delivered and by the time we realized what happened, the store had already closed.
The next day I called the store, explained the situation, and fully expected that the loss would be on me since it was my error. Instead, the team went above and beyond. They not only made the pizzas again and delivered them, but they even included an extra dessert for the kids.
That level of customer service is rare these days. They didn’t have to do that, but they chose to take care of us anyway. My kids were thrilled, and they definitely earned a very loyal customer.

“I placed a pick up order and unfortunately received a wrong item. I went in to see if they could fix it and they did! Adriel was very nice and attentive while I was waiting and Pedro, who re-do my order added in a little sweet treat for the inconvenience. “Due to high winds we wernt able tonplace our order on-line and had to call it in for delivery. We placed an order on Wednesday evening and the driver failed to hand off the food to us leaving it out in the wind and cold without ringing the door bell or advising us the order had arrived. A complete failure on his part as the food was ruined.
After speaking with Tury the store manager, he resolved our issue and took accountability while sharing his next steps for trraining the team member to prevent a similar issue from happening again. He did a great job making me feel like he really cares about his job, their reputation and customer satisfaction. By far best interaction! Keep up the great work Tury.“

“Vegetarian options: All vegetables no meat sauce cheese and dough.. vegetarian correct? I apologize I eat meat but from my understanding vegetarians don't consume any meat. I think they may even have a tufu options if I'm not mistaken.
Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic with a rye grain, yeast allergy. I also cannot have red sauce so I order a thin crust. Alfredo sauce mushroom black olives and chicken with cheese. That's how I order my pizza. So it eliminates most of the bread with the thin crust the white sauce so I don't have extreme heartburn and enough toppings on top to at least somewhat fill me up I put two vegetables and they say chicken and fish are the better things for me to eat meat wise so I put chicken.
Parking: It is a big parking lot considering it's on the corner of Delta and Alameda, but they share the same parking lot with the Valero a restaurant, a bar, a smoke shop, a MetroPCS. It's a strip of stores in the one parking lot. So on non-busy hours you'll find a parking spot. No problem but during busy hours during rush hour forget it. You're going to be going circles waiting for somebody to pull out or hike it.
Kid-friendliness: Even though inside the store there's no tables or anything. They do have a step two steps that you walk up and the kids get to see you make the pizza from scratch through a plastic window. And they get to interact with the pizza maker. I mean it's not the greatest but at least it keeps her attention while they're waiting for their food.
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have handicap spots and the door is large enough to go through with a wheelchair and there's plenty of room for the wheelchair to be backed up to a wall waiting for their order and the counters are low enough for the wheelchair to pull up. It's not a dine-in. It's a delivery or pickup location.“

“I called around everywhere to try to find some food to get delivered to my son at the greyhound bus station.No one would deliver there. My son was starving. The lady I spoke to on the phone Was very professional and make sure my son was taking care of the delivery guy I wish I knew his name, but I do not.Hate took care of my son and he called me and let me know that my son received his pizza. They went Way beyond Being helpful and feeding my son. God bless you all.I highly recommend this location.They will take care of you. They actually care about us.This is very rare to find nowadays.“
“I live nearby and they very rarely ever have issues with our delivery orders, and if there's an issue, it's usually something very miniscule like uneven pizza slices(non-issue). Hats off to your team for being consistent and fixing the orders the very few times we've ever had issues.“
