Update: when we called, Josh promised a 30 minute replacement. He delivered it himself, on time & much better.
The first pic is what was delivered; a replacement is on the way, but it would be better if the quality control & delivery performance was on par to start.

The gentleman that help us was very nice and professional, he help me get the pizza thru the app, his very patient and helpful, i very please and greatful for his attention and help. God blessed you all.
I recently moved and started using this restaurant due to location for delivery and to this day they have not disappointed me yet. The food is always hot, the bread bites still crispy and they are on time when they're not early. I'm glad for the change as it continues to go a good experience.
