“Great place with good food“

“My son, who is 13yrs old, was fundraising for his football team and a black employee here put his hands on him. Twisted his hands behind his back and threw him in the elevator. My son told him multiple times he was a minor and his response was "he didn't care about all that". He came out in tears so we went inside to speak to manager. She seemed genuinely sorry, unlike the employee who put his hands on him, but still made excuses for the behavior. Their excuse was that they deal with a lot of adults who look like minors and that he shouldn't have been on the top floor. Like how TF is my son supposed to know that?! We've never been to this establishment before. Owner/management needs to train staff better and hire actual professionals, NOT some ghetto hoodlums eager to put their hands on people. How did a minor even make it upstairs without being carded?! This is grounds for a lawsuit“
