Papa Johns Pizza

I’ve only ordered here twice but I will continue to come back. I’ve ordered pizza from many Papa John’s locations and have had many bad experiences as I’m sure we all have. I will say this location has been exceptional both times. Exceptional enough I felt the desire to leave a good review.
Pizza is well made, toppings are evenly distributed and the sauce to cheese ratio is just right. I’ve never had to wait (take out) longer than what was originally quoted and the pizza is fresh out the oven. Gotta give praise where it’s deserved!

Ordered pizza and wings and got it delivered. Missing my wings and had to call the store and was placed on hold for over 30 min and then was hung up on. Will never order from here again.

Today was my first time at papa John’s ever and I want to say that Israel made it very memorable his customer service was exceptional & he helped me out with all my questions and made me feel at home if anyone should be a runner up for assistant manager it should be him!!!! Keep up the good work my brother

Ordered last night online. Waited a long time and never got the food. An email came in saying order was canceled due to no contact but no one called me. My dogs get wild if the front gate gets touched so I know no one came. I gave instructions on the instruction section. I called in and the guy said he was the manager and didn’t get my order. I told him the store number is #2660 and I have an emailed receipt. He said he couldn’t do anything because he doesn’t have an order but yet money was deducted from my bank account and my family didn’t eat. I asked him to take down my order and he hung up on me. Date 09/26/2024 11:52pm. Horrible experience and don’t recommend managers like that who don’t seem to like their job.

You know what you are getting. Don't expect more of anything...well.., except the grease. Nothing new here. Pay, quickly. Pay completely. Leave.

I ordered a pizza they told me it was completed and delivered but never got it waited 1hr and 25 min . They misplaced order. Charge 8$ for delivery fee . I don’t recommend them if you need a pizza for delivery . They are inadequate in taking information and customer service .
