Service was the worst. Customer service is not polite. They throw the food, as if they are upset. If they don't like their jobs, perhaps they should look for a new one. Spoke to manager Adrian about the food that we received. He did not want to replace our order. Pizza and wings were burn bad. They didn't even have people and they still manage to burn the food. Very unplesant and dirty place, Don't come to this Peter's.

Overall great place. Just the prices for the games are too expensive. I wish they would make it by time like Chuck E Cheese.

Absolutely the worst management team i have ever encountered.
Adrian and Kim display a tremendous lack in management skills. They over talked and took no consideration towards concern and issue as Adrian slammed things around and yelled at his crew to STOP selling certain items because they were behind. He also ignored employees who were asking for his assistance.
Kim was rude in action and voice, when you were able to grab her attention.
This is all in addition to proper Food Handling or i should say IMPROPER food handling.
This is a business that in my mind serves hundreds of people at any given night and any properly trained management team and crew can execute a fast paced business with kindness,understanding, cleansiness and quality.

How can I know my pizza is ready if my name is never called out??? This would be the 3rd time I order online go inside, told to wait for my name. Pizza is 20 minutes past the ready time and turns pit my pizzas have just been sitting there. Makes no sense to me

10/10 recommend this location!!! I had my son’s birthday party here and the customer service was absolutely amazing!! The manager Dustin was super attentive and very nice! Our party host Donny was absolutely amazing! Everyone went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday so special! The restrooms were clean and the food was delicious!!! Thank you to the PPP crew for such a great experience!!! ☺️☺️☺️

I am completely disappointed in this location there was a medical emergency tonight and my family and I had save a man's life. The situation happened right in front of the ordering counter and the staff did not even attempt to help him or call for help or ask if anyone had medical experience, in fact they ignored him and continued taking orders and the customers were not fazed either just stepping right over him to get to the register. My sister went to the counter and asked if they've called anyone because the man is turning blue and barely breathing and the employee responded, "Yes we called the police so don't touch him". We had to step in start cpr and administer medication to revive him, and it was only at that point that we made a scene working on him that the staff got on the phone and called 911. I am completely disgusted with the way the situation was handled from the employees to the customers and the 1st responding officer was no help either! The lack of passion & complete disregard for a human life was repulsive! Your business needs to train its employees to handle emergencies in an appropriate way because this wasn't it tonight ya'll should be ashamed that you were going to let a a man die on floor without even checking on him! Do better & Train better!!!

Very small location. With few working games. And unlike El Paso this NM location has no real specials for groups or bday parties. Expect 1 pizza, 4 drinks and a 90 point game card for $50.

The pizza crust has changed not as good as it was, the video games use a card instead of tokens and it sucks up the money fast ? and no more salid buffet

Went ti my daughters friends bday party. We have a good server. She was on top of everything. Food was good. Only thing was it was so packed that it felt hot and humid inside. Other than that it was nice. Games were fun. Food was good. Ice cream was delicious.
