“A while back to Sonic was infamous for the longest wait times and poor organization by management. So I called one of the district managers name. Saul Benavidez. He was unaware of the poor management at this location. Located across from Las Cruces premier Hotel, it was not good business for Las Cruces. If that was the kind of customer service they were receiving when visiting our area. He agreed. In less than three days, he turned the entire place around and was able to bring a new management and fix the problems that were existing. Today I had the honor of being served by Bre at this location for the third time. Her friendliness, knowledge, and all around attitude were extremely evident all three times. So I would like to give her a shout out. I even gave her name to Saul. Sonic should consider asking this young lady to train their employees on customer service. You can tell that regardless of what she’s going through, she knows how to treat people.“

“I have loved Sonic for years and was excited to see a new one built near me. Service was pretty good and the building is amazing. Some advice: when people order a shake, ask the guests about whip cream and cherry. Nobody asked if I wanted them and usually it is assumed that they come with those two items on top as shown in the pictures. Also would be great to be offered condiments. Onion rings were way over done and too crispy.
I know this is a new location, so I am sure it will improve as time goes on. Server was very nice.“
