“Their burger was yummy! But their fries ? didn't taste fresh. I am sure they can do so much better. Their service is good and fast if you are in a hurry to pick a bite and go about your day. I would like to see Sonic come out with a new menu item even if it's seasonal. Something like an all-American Shepherds pie with all of Sonic's signature ingredients and call it a "Swen-Pie".Just an idea ? ? but Sonic, if ya'll like my idea, don't forget to give me credit ? or make me head if your marketing team either or ?“
“I ordered something and they didn't have it and they refunded my money even though they did offer to exchange. They're the only Sonic that offered to refund my money anytime what I ordered isn't available so I think they're good for that.“
“I’m from SoCal and miss In-N-Out so badly. Sonic’s new American Smasher is the closest burger I’ve been able to find that’s like a Double Double. I get it sans pickles. Pair it with some of their onion rings and you’ve got a pretty great meal.“
“I enjoy their goodies and food quite a bit. There have been times that mistakes made, however a quick call to the manager and things have been quickly resolved. They're super busy so I understand things happen. As long as my issues are resolved and there's a pleasant demeaning the manager, I'll continue to go to an establishment. The drive-thru staff at this location is usually very pleasant, that's always appreciated!“
“Went through the drive thru for a bag of ice. Person at the window was very nice and friendly. I noticed they have signs out front indicating they were now a 24 hour establishment. I asked about it and was told yes, they had just started that a couple of weeks ago. The person at the window was the manager, I believe his name was Joe (Moreno with glasses) super nice and friendly throughout our interaction. He did mention that at night there were only going to be 2 people on staff (a front end person and a cook) and he also mentioned the other locations that were 24 hours as well.“
“This sonic is hands down the best sonic on the face of the planet. It has changed my outlook on life and seriously made me question my ways of being and who I am to myself and others. My girlfriend ordered the foot long chili cheese hotdog and she said it was absolutely immaculate. The hotdog felt like it was a gift from the heavens. We waited about a week later and it turns out she is pregnant. The hotdog was so good that it knocked her up and we are going to give birth to the first hotdog human hybrid. Thank you sonic.“
“This sonic is great, it's summer and the sonic on Edgemere is full of stupid kids who think the equivalent of a $5 drink is the same as a $2 drink. They never get my order wrong here! It's never watered down! And I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT LONGER THAN 3 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD!! I love y'all! Great job guys!“
“Shout out to the young men working tonight! Very respectful, well-mannered, and polite. We don’t always give enough credit to teenagers working, but they definitely deserve it. Drinks were on point! Will definitely swing by at this sonic eastlake location!“
“Fast food type place. I visited him in El Paso Texas. We went to buy shortbread.
Parking: Basically the place we visited had a kind of warehouse where you place the order, pay and they bring the order to your car for greater convenience.
Kid-friendliness: They have a variety of shortbreads and milkshakes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Being a car service type you don't have to get out and ask. Everything is done outside and they take it to your car.“
“Me and my mom decided to eat in, and unfortunately, my hamburger bread was hard i guess the bread bag were the buns come in was lefted opened or it had a hole in the bag or some how air creeped inside thats why the bun was hard, and my fries were hallowed very krispy and tasted more of oil than a fry potato supposed to taste.Thank god my mom, food was okay, and her taters were okay too.But I swear their food is always on point and delicious. Just today 5/17 was just not having a good day, I guess.I didn't say anything cause I only saw one employee working, so I didn't want to overwhelm her.But everything else it was nice.I'm going back eating at their drive-in areas and enjoy the breeze with my mom while we eat.Like I said, this was the first time this happened.“
“Love the tater tots, mozzarella sticks, and pretzels. Of course I usually go for the drinks which are by the way super awesome! I get Ocean Water with chopped strawberries in it. Staff and atmosphere are super awesome.

Ordered an American doggy and fries. Am not sure if it was the great customer service I received that made everything sooo much more delicious but everything was sooo delicious. My bf ordered a coney with tots also delicious. 10/10
Oh and a large order of cheddr jalapenos 🔥 10/10

“The manager, Alize Tahat, had such great customer service. For it being close to midnight, she was still energetic and super sweet. She assured me my food was made fresh (which it was) and everything tasted great. Alize, if you see this review, thank you again :)“
“Had a unfortunate encounter today. My son ordered for the family and our other son ( who was busy with homework) offered to pick up the food. He went to stall 5, pushed button and waited… and waited. After seeing others coming after him and immediately start talking to someone, he go out of the car and spoke to csr personnel who informed him the food was on its way. He went back to car and a few moments later a young lady arrived with the food, at which point my son reiterated again that he had been waiting after pushing the red button and to prevent it from happening to others to address the intercom issue. The young lady didn’t apologize, or expressed any sympathy & just walked away saying she’d let Management know while my son was still talking to her. My son returned home to find out he was missing items, so he tried calling but the line was busy nonstop, so he went back again. Bear in mind, that my other son who placed the order is disabled and loves Tea and cheeseburgers, so this was a huge deal for him, more than the norm for any family to eat out. Upon going back he asked for the manager, a young man who said he’d recently been transferred there, but alas, he was courteous and immediately expressed the sympathy that was previously lacked and turned our frowns into smiles. Thanks again, and please get some more sweet Tea, our son loves it! Only reason why we didn’t give 5 stars is to reserve them for our next experience/ visit there!“
