For Las Cruces, this is a great little Vietnamese restaurant, and it's located right across from the university, which makes it a perfect place to stop in for pho or vermicelli.
Eh... Seems like they only Pho place around so we really had no other choice. Not bad but they seem to be lacking a little and don't seem too bothered about it. No bean sprouts?!? If you ran out and explained that it would have been acceptable but it didn't even seem like they cared.
The ramen, pho, and fried rice here are the best in town, no one even comes close! The service is excellent every time I go, the food is consistent, prices are good, I enjoy coming here every chance I get! Highly recommended!
