“Today I worked in Socorro and attended a business lunch, the food was catered from La Pasadita and I have to say-the red chile on my meat empanada was VERY delicious! Very flavorful and full of just the right amount of heat 🔥🌶, also I have never eaten a meat empanada. It had a good amount of meat and potato filling. I’ll definitely stop by the restaurant when I pass through again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Delicious! Patty melt, my friend had the Reuben sandwich, our husbands had the chopped steak with gravy & mashed potatoes. One had the dark gravy &one had the white gravy!! We chose that restaurant since it was halfway from Ruidoso & Santa Fe!!”

I have been eating home made biscuchitos from New Mexico family members all my life and these are better than homemade. Perfect amount of anise-texture and taste is spot on. Doesn’t get better. “Great vintage location! Nice folk and tasty ummins! We rolled into town Saturday night and jad the open face burger with green Chile, a blt a couple beers ....great to see yall up and running.....check the diner for breakfast....Go Socorro!”

“So, this place has always intrigued me. Stopped there the first time years ago for dinner while on a road trip late at night. Used to be open 24 hours. The bar is my favorite. I'd suggest you bring a designated driver or get a room next door and enjoy more than 1 adult beverage with your meal. This is a beautiful trip back in time and worth the stop. You'll be glad you did it.”

“Passin' through the area. Stayed at nearby hotel. Late Saturday night. McDonald's Big Arch, fries, and Unsweet tea for dinner. Under fourteen bucks. Honestly, the best McDonald's burger I've had in awhile. Wasn't sloppy, everything was fresh. Service was good.”

“Not the most charming and modern atmosphere - but let me tell you the food and value make up for that! My brother (who has lived in China for the last 30 years) stopped here with his son some months back and told me the food is surprisingly good. He was not wrong! I stopped in on my way to a conference in Tucson and was really surprised at how GOOD the food and variety of food were! All you can eat buffet for $13 and this is some of the best Chinese food I've had in the state of New Mexico (and I've been to a lot). If you're in town and want to fill-up for cheap and fast, this is the place to go!”
