If you are going to Lincoln NM get yourself a Chimayocha coffee from Annie's, can honestly say it was as good a coffee as I have ever tasted. The balance of Sweet, bitter and heat was fabulous.
The Chimayocha Latte was off the charts. The use of the Chimayo Authentic pepper was fantastic. This Latte does not compare to any Latte of spice at all. Nice touch and fantastic finish.
I drifted in hoping for an iced tea. She didn't have any already made but offered to brew some just for me. Great place and highly recommended.
