“UPDATE 2024-04-12:I went with a group from work and ordered the Bison as I lean toward wild caught and vegan. Overall the burger size and quality was great, prepared and cooked medium rare perfectly, but it only came with half an order of fries. Went back a week later since it was so good but still only half on order of fries. Other than half an order of fries they were great. Just stay away from the fish an chips 30 minutes from closing. Upgraded to 4 from 2 stars.INITIAL REVIEW: 2024-05-xx:Hit the place last week. Yes, two stars, fish and chips should not be blown like this. Ordered fish and chips. The fish was soggy, not crispy at all but just very soggy. How do you make fried fish soggy? I don't know. Also, the chips were of insignificant cross sections, almost as small as shoestring potatoes, overdone, mostly over crisped, and over browned. The potatoes consisted of overcooked matter of a very scant portion also. Maybe I hit them on an off day. Nonetheless I must give them a demerit due to the horrific textures of the food. Chef Ramsey would have thrown it back at them. I'm new in town and I'm wondering why they have such a following.“
