“We had lunch today at mine shaft tavern. Colleen served us and was lovely and efficient. The mad green chile burgers brought tears to our eyes. The wag you beef and the veggie patties were both excellent, the brioche buns were fresh and just right, and the hatch green chile was out of this world. Oh, the deep fried green chilis were a revelation. Please come by and give them your business”

“Fantastic small town saloon with excellent food. Patrick has a great thing going here and it's well worth the trip! Tomahawk pork chop and bison dog with elk chilli were both phenomenal. Excellent curated selection of craft beer, local liquor, and wine.”
