“It was first thing in the morning and somehow the donuts weren't even fresh, they were super cold. I kinda figured with them just opening that they would have just made the donuts fresh but didn't seem that way. They lady taking our order/serving us at the drive thru window wouldn't even actually come to the window to speak to us and take our order. She stayed over by the register having to slightly yell to us to be heard which in turn we also had to do the same thing for her to hear us as well..“

“I really love cornerstone! Their food is amazing and for the most part the staff are very sweet. When ordering online though, it’s never consistent. Sometimes it takes me to their online platform and sometimes it takes me to DoorDash. Today it was DoorDash and when placing the order it did not give me the option to add extras (syrup, cream) in my tea. I just added it to the special requests. Not expecting anything free and fully prepared to pay for it. When I picked up the order nothing was mentioned and I was told I had paid online already. When I looked at my receipt there was a, not very nice, note telling me to charge myself next time. That those items weren’t free. I feel like it would have been more professional to just let me know when I arrived that those items weren’t charged. I would have quickly apologized and paid. After reading the note I went up and paid for my extras, but it made me feel pretty bad as a customer. Wish it would have been handled better.“

“This is my local McDonald's. It's pretty good. They get the food out fast and they almost never mess up my order. It still has the self serve fountain drinks in the dining area, unlike some other McDonald's I've been to recently, which is great. I hope they don't get rid of it like those other locations have.“
