These tacos are excellent. They’re gas station tacos only in that the kitchen is attached to a gas station. Beyond that, these tacos are in their own taco-verse.

“This establishment may be small and somewhat hidden away from the middle of town, but it serves the best BBQ around for miles! Definitely my entire family's new favorite spot. “We stopped in for breakfast and SUPER glad we did! Little hole in the wall that makes DELICIOUS red and green chili to go over your eggs, potatoes and refried beans. Huge yummy flour tortillas. \nReasonable prices. Nice gentleman took our order and then cooked it. Owner?\nYou place your order at register and then go grab it from the window-like I said hole in the wall and well worth the stop.”

“We enjoyed the picturesque drive from Santa Fe to Rancho. Santa Fe is known for its Green Chili Stew. The stew here was very watery with one piece of chicken in it. It tasted like it came out of a can. The atmosphere and service were very good.”

“I recently visited Parasol from Pojuaque and was given the worst tamales they've ever produced (raw). I proceeded to go to the OG in Spaña. Not only did they make it right, but the tamales are great. They surpassed my expectations and stand strong as a staple in a town that absolutely needs them. They are always great and I will continue to be a loyal customer and will gladly recommend their food to everyone.”

“Literally some of the best tacos I've eaten in a long time.Reninds me of a red taco truck called El Torito I use to eat at years back.I got the carne asada tacos, the beans n rice were good salsa n chips amazing.Service was good too the young man did an amazing job. Definitely will return.”

“Travelled here in August 2023, it was our first time in Morocco, quick check in whilst to were allowed to go and get some food. Room We were allocated room 1314, bright clean room with balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottled water for the fridge. Pools We did not join in the rush for the pool as it was just too hot at 48 degrees, there were plenty of sunbeds within the trees and gardens which the shade was needed. Restaurants and bars Food was plentiful, breakfast was my favourite with the omelette station. We did go to the culinary restaurant once as allowed, but unfortunately I was unwell on this day so we were unable to make it further than the starter, which was a shame. Staff and entertainment Well what can I say, do many names to mention from Rachid, Muhammed, Ahmed and so many more, pool bar service was great, along with the lovely air conditioned bar, a tip really goes a long was with these guys who totally deserved every penny that we gave, drinks were never empty and they all work extremely hard. Gee was just the best host and so much fun, she certainly got me up dancing! Chloe was also a great asset to medina gardens! Unfortunately I was poorly for a few days during the holiday and still feeling the after effects now, I believe it is a combination of the heat, the travelling and probably ice /water. I would not let this stop me returning, amazing hotel and staff in a beautiful part of the world! Thank you medina gardens....we had a blast, best wishes from vicky and Richard x”

“We stopped to eat before continuing our journey to Taos, and it was by far the most flavorful food I’ve had.

We ordered the soft tacos plate along with an enchilada filled with asada and barbacoa. Everything tasted amazing, with authentic Latin flavors in every bite, from the rice to the meats. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.”

“my experience today was just awful. waitress was nice and prompt, atmosphere nice.. cook was overheard by my family and I while we were eating when waitress asked for our order of fries that we had orded with the rest of order and cook responded that the fries were not on the ticket , which they were,and we heard him say 'me vale madre' !!!.. dang .. also mentioned the rude comment to Joann herself, she said she would talk to the cook about it later..”
