These tacos are excellent. They’re gas station tacos only in that the kitchen is attached to a gas station. Beyond that, these tacos are in their own taco-verse.

We are all hooked on the pulled pork and ribs, potatoe salad is yummy also, plus we can't leave without treats for our canine family members. “We stopped in for breakfast and SUPER glad we did! Little hole in the wall that makes DELICIOUS red and green chili to go over your eggs, potatoes and refried beans. Huge yummy flour tortillas. \nReasonable prices. Nice gentleman took our order and then cooked it. Owner?\nYou place your order at register and then go grab it from the window-like I said hole in the wall and well worth the stop.”

“Ive only ordered once from here, a chicken salad(to go) waited in the front, nice vibe, nice employees, good first impression. It was a little pricey but it beats traveling to Santa fe for a salad. To be honest, espanola needs more places like this, all we have is fast food, sopapillas, and a mid(sometimes ok) chinese restaurant.”
