“Fantastic place!!! The Oktoberfest beer was excellent, spot on!!! Iris the barmaid, was incredible!!! Friendly, great service and very knowledgeable!!!!! Very good food, great atmosphere and plenty of puppies to pet!!! We were traveling to Moab, Utah and stayed at a bed and breakfast just down the street and they recommended Colfax Ale Cellar if I appreciate good beer. (I do, I’m a home brewer). So glad we found it!!! Especially thankful for the amazing barmaid Iris!!!!! This is a MUST VISIT!!!!!“

“I've been to Raton twice, and if go through again, I'll eat here again for the 3rd time..it's that good! We had the breakfast burrito and breakfast sopapilla. They were amazing and definitely could be split by 2 people. Try the green Chile on everything...chef's kiss.
